Bad service

I have been with Afrihost for nearly 1 year now, had great service up until end of December 2020. I app**** for migration of my fibre line to our new residence and between Octotel and Afrihost they can not decide where the problem is. I have been making phone calls costing me an arm and a leg. Trying to complete projects online that I desperately need the income from. I am paying for a 200mps line only uploading and downloading 50-70mps. Ocototel refers me to Afrihost and visa versa. No one call you back or answers any emails!
