BAD SERVICE

So i signed up with afrihost pure lte 100mbs.From day 1 i struggle to get a mere 30mbs download speed.Day 6 now and still nothing better.They rep**** on whatsapp...Please be advised that Fixed LTE is a best-effort service, meaning that all clients connected to the tower share the available bandwidth. Under normal conditions, without any tower issues or load shedding, Fixed LTE clients can expect speeds ranging between 8-10 Mbps for both download and upload, which is considered acceptable for this product. Kindly note that while the advertised speed for Fixed LTE is up to 100 Mbps, this does not guarantee that clients will achieve the maximum speed, as performance is dependent on factors such as device capability and network coverage. This is a company that has 10,20,50 and 100mbs lines advertised on their website.BAD SERVICE.GUYS DONT SIGN UP
