Bad service

Their agents has attitude and are dishonest with customers, promising to call back with follow ups but then you as the customer has to follow up every single time I've been with them for only one week but I've been given the run around from their *********** agents I've logged a ticket on Monday for my fault and when i followed up they told me their ticket system wasn't working and they gave me a whole new ticket number and told me that i have to wait all over again bare in mind I've been already waiting over 48 hours and they Making me wait all over again!! I keep hearing the same thing everyday but my issue isn't being resolved but i have paid for a service i didnt benefit from yet due to a fault on my line that they can't resolve im so damn fed up of this useless service providers
