Bad service

Worst customer experience wifi connectivity lost on Friday due to infrastructure damages it is Monday they have still not resolved the issue. Openserve technicians were there on Saturday and Sunday and back there today still no ETA and their messages states that 24 to 48 hours. I requested feedback or ETA from openserve and Afrihost tells me they don't have one
