Bad service

I made an eft payment on account and no one can unsuspend my fibre line. They are quick to suspend my line but after payment I must wait until Monday. I use my Internet for business and thus im losing an income this weekend. I've send numerous proof of payment via email. This is really poor service and unacceptable
