Bad service

Afrihost is always having technical problems. You will always be put on hold, even if you are no. 1 in the que. Clearly a bad telephone system being used that counts down the minutes left to hold which is not accurate. Your phone call to them will be very expensive. You will be answered by what seems to be *********** agents as they too will put you on hold. Lack of knowledge, lack of customer service and serverly understaffed.
