Bad service

We activated an account on 18 January 2022 it is now 3 march 2022 and we still have no wifi connection Wuma tel is the provider Wuma tel is supposed to come fix the problem we have but they have not came to our premises to fix it I am extremely frustrated with the service that we are getting and this is unacceptable The open ref number is ISP/680870 I have called Afrihost 6 times on different days and we still have not resolved this issue
