Bad service

I have been with Afrihost for 11 years and during that time I had excellent service until recently when I ordered a new MTN sim card and package through them. Upon receiving sim I did a port request on my old vodacom number to the new MTN number. Plugged in new MTN sim and I have no airtime or cannot make or receive calls either from New MTN number or old Vodacom number. I have reported the issue twice and as of date of this message still have no resolution nor any feedback (other than getting a Ticket/reference number).
