Bad service

I’m forever complaining with this company! We can’t pay every single month for bad service and poor connectivity. You need to do something about this. Otherwise I’m moving to another network. I’m sick and tired of always complaining. Y’all are quick to debit every month but slow to resolve our issues. This is not on.
