BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to sort our my Afrihost connection for almost 2 days now. My kids are writing exams and do not have internet. All I get told is, "Normally 3 to 4 business days depending on nature of fault"

My neighbour who lives above me, also is with Afrihost and his wifi is just fine.

I need someone to get back to me as a matter of urgency or I will be cancelling the service with immediate effect,
