Bad Service

I have had the most horrible experience with Afrihost. It has been going on since the 6th of November. Due to lack of due diligence in their behalf in making I have fibre coverage only to find out that there is no coverage by this company. They sent me the router in the intram. To cut a long story short. I have been battling since the above date from them to refund me and collect the router. Only to have my account debited for the router. So more money outa of pocket.

Still no collection of the router and everyday email correspondence.
