Bad service

Jaaah vuma it's worse even today they never came to help me but they just tell me I should go pay where's I had a problem before I needed to pay but they came toy neighbor to put the new WiFi router and we had the same problem and it happened same day it's 8 days now reporting but no help.

What a poor service I regret joining vuma maybe even Rain does better honestly ur service is very poor I will never ever recommend it to anyone even if they wake me up at 00:00 I will never .
