BAD SERVICE

I have been having problems on and off with Afrihost's hosting service since moving from Hetzner to them. This was the worst move I've EVER made. You can't get through on their only number for Hosting problems. They promise to call you back and you never receive the call and you can't get assistance on their Whatsapp or Direct Chat method for hosting.

It's a VERY sad day when Telkom gives better service than a company that makes so many good service promises and doesn't deliver on 1! Maybe Afrihost should hire some of the soon to be retrenched service agents from Multichoice seeing the agents they currently have aren't up to much!
