Horrible service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have phone the accounts department to have this resolved last week nothing has bees resolved

I have made an EFT 348 for my account and then was a deduction of R 548 as well on the third

Now my account on hold for 67.00 What the hell is it forrrrr

I not longer what this service as I phone I was billed for 138 for my 20 gig router but i paid the full 220 I have sent the POP nothing was done.
