Bad service

I thought afrihost is better than Telkom, I signed up with them a month ago, promised on their website an installation of fibre within a week through OpenServe. However, in case that has not happened its been a month now. When I call them, they tell me sort out my installation with OpenServe. I never signed anything with OpenServe, I don't even think they know me. Afrihost even send people to my house to absolutely nothing regarding the installation in question. These people are claiming to come from OpenServe through Afrihost, guys be careful with them, Afrihost is sending ******* to our homes. Their service is seriously bad. I called to follow up, I was told I will receive a call back nothing even now.
