Bad Service

I use Afrihost as my service Provider but Truthfully i have had about enough of ther nonsence! I app**** for Fibre Optics in my Area through Afrihost and they assured me that i will be able to get Fibre Optics in my area, then a month later they told me i do not have lines in my area for them to offer me a service. In this time of dealing with afrihost they delivered a router that provides the signal for Fibre Optics. I never ones asked them to send me anything. Since then, this has been over a year now. They have sent me a Email to say that i will not be reciveing Fibre Optics to soon in my area and that they are canceling My Fibre optics order. The cheak of it all they have intern deducted R358 off my account for the router and then a delivery fee of R99. Ive sent numerous Emails to Afrihost and to no avail. Im at my wits end. Anyone know what i can do? Im afraid that they are going continue taking monies off my account with no consent!
