BAD SERVICE

Good Day

I have been looking for good service and affordable Wi-Fi. Someone then referred me to Afrihost. I have only been receiving bad service and they keep deducting money from my account for a service that is not active. They advised that they would not deduct payment as the Wi-Fi has not been activated at all. When I follow up on the Wi-Fi, I never received response. I have been asking for the managers contact details (3 times) and all my emails and calls are being ignored.

I will really not recommend this service provider as there service is not up to standard and they deduct money randomly (twice now), and I have not received my money back. I have also asked them to cancel the service as it has been a month now and still nothing. Telkom on the other hand provided me with Feedback and good service , they were at my home within a week. They keep emailing you and sms you just to keep you up to date. (Afrihost advised me I need a Telkom line)

I would like to receive feedback on the service provided, my money back and hopefully Wi-Fi and good service. Is that too much to ask for?
