Bad Service

We moving into our new place 1 Dec, fiber was installed and we were billed after an arrangement was made to only be billed from the first. Now they wont refunds us. Its not the first time they had an issue refunding us for their mistake. Why must we pay for internet we are not even using at the moment?!
