BAD SERVICE

I have been with afrihost some time now I have bought a new home and called them to advise I will be moving they informed me they will assist in 48hours its a week now still no internet working from home without internet causes us to travel 70km a day sitting in traffic etc.... been on the phone with them 28min no joy advised sending someone well still waiting on that someone. Please re-consider Afrihost as a service provider will definitely move ISP
