Bad Service

I logged a call with Afrihost this morning asking them to load a public certificate on there hosting server so the my https site does not show the certificate expired.

I got the run araound for more than 3 hours the Agents do not know what they are doing because they are looking at the perant domain and that is not host with them. Telling me that the cert will not work untill the perant domain is pointed to them.

They have know idee what they are doing. Then I had a call with an agent trying to me that I must do the request of the cert via their protal because of the private key.

The thing is that I did eport the private key with the cert.

I then asked to speak to a suppervisor. He was not avalible to take my call so I have to email him. Instead I am adding them to Hellopeter.
