Bad service

I’m very disappointed in the way Afrihost choses to service their customers. There has never been a time where I had to beg them to activate my services after payment was made, it’s always the same sob story about Telkom being offline. I made payment yesterday and my services are still not active, sent multiple emails and still no response or services
