Bad service

Really not impressed with the sevice, haven't had internet for the past three months. I have written several emails to support and accounts for help but no meaningful response or response at all. When month end comes they are quick to debit .little or no customer interest at all .I wouldn't recommend anyone get fibre through these guys not helpful at all.
