Bad service

<p>I moved my ADSL line to Afrihost, I have been getting the best service from them till now,...After having logged 2 faults (one being open for 11 days) my 4Mb ADSL is stil l running at 2.4Mb. So I have decided to downgrade my ADSL to 2Mb. Talk about going backwards. Why should I be paying for something I am not getting?? This whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Just reminds me again that we really are living in the dark ages in Africa.</p>
