Bad Service

My WIFI lost connection 3 times in one month where I have to wait almost 2 days to get fix. It's really frustrating service and I'm thinking going over to Mweb. I have my WiFi now for 7 years and recently it's been a bad experience. The time to fix things is to long. What is the solution Afrihost? Or will you lose another long standing customer.
