BAD SERVICE

<p>I have never experience such terrible service in my life. We changed from MWEB to Afihost on the 31st of July - today is the 4th of August and we are stil struggling - I am still waiting for feedback requested, not connecting at all cant even check my line speed because there is none !!!! I have been holding on more than an our today on monday I had to hold for and hour and 45 minutes. Was disconnected had to phone back and hold on again for 35 minutes - was on live chat with a consultant and still they did not answer me. They promised to phone me back ....STILL WAITING</p> <p>What do I have to do to get service people !!!!!!!!!</p>
