Bad service

We went through Afrihost to install fiber on the 23 December 2020, a tech phoned us to confirm the installation on set date, they never came or phoned to cancel or reschedule. I contacted Afrihost with no response except a photo of now only doing installation in mid January without a valid reason. We cancelled our wifi and relocated as per their promised date, we cant work now as we need internet connection as we told Afrihost this with purchasing the Fiber installation for the 23 December! AFRIHOST JUST DONT CARE
