Bad service

I have no internet since yesterday, I spoke to a lady at afrihost to help me with the fibre issue, she told me that it's on vumatels side and will be resolved later in the day, today I tried calling, emailing, WhatsApp, nothing seems to work, I eventually called vuma and they told me it's afrihost that has a problem, I tried going on to the client zone and it tells me bad credentials, how is this possible when my account is up to date, I am really fed up with the pathetic, terrible service that I am receiving from this company, totally disgusted
