Bad product/slow response/not willing to help
Touchstream bulk email software does not work as intended.<br> <br> I signed up for a bulk email solution (touchstream) on first try most of my opted-in subscribers under the Hotmail domain bounced....I was then told that afrihosts customers that sent out spam caused this domain to be blocked..I was not told this before I signed up for this...I was also told that I will not get a refund for products utilised? It never worked from the beginning.<br> <br> Tyrone...one of the managers would rather argue with me instead of refunding me....causing me to complain and move my business to a company that appreciates the business.<br> <br> <br> <br>

Regardless of the service you have opted for, we still have to adhere to policies regarding spam from email services providers such as Yahoo, Gmail and in your case Hotmail.
We apologise that you have had a problem reaching clients on this platform. We aren't privy to your clients list and as mentioned previously, their select email clients still have a say as to what is classified as spam or not.
