Bad line speeds

Switched over from 2mb/s to 4mb/s CAPPED adsl bundle a few months ago.<br> Long story short:<br> - Peer to peer downloads on torrents = 150kbps<br> - 20% packet loss on games.<br> <br> I've reported the problem to Afrihost and they responded by saying that they ----changed the ports bla bla bla. Still sitting with the problem for 2 months now.<br> With a 4mb/s line I'm stuggling to watch youtube videos on 360p while my bittorrent is downloading at 80kbps.<br> <br> People!! Seriously, Think twice before getting Afrihost. It is not the same as 2years ago.
