Bad ISP service

I app**** for Fiber Internet on the 16th of October from Afrihost, and on the same day, they sent a mail saying Open Serve will contact me to arrange for installation. Since then, there have been no update on that, and I called last week to follow up, and the agent told me to wait until Monday the 28th before I can start asking any questions. I then called on the 28th, and they told me that their system was updated on the 16th that the installation has been completed. When I asked for a resolution, they say that they will escalate. Even up to today, there is no clear update as to when the installation will happen. And I have a business opening opening on the 1st of November, and without this internet, business will be affected badly, and there is nothing happening on their side to try and assist with the issue.
