Bad internet service and bad customer service

**** service, they easily upgrade your line but every month comes up with error excuses to downgrade the line, my reason for downgrading was I took out 100mbps line from 50 and the experience was basically the same..then I tried to downgrade and every month they say there was an error so the downgrade would happen the following month, went on this way for 3 months, this is what greed of money does, I do not mind paying for the service but don't give **** service then anyways I gladly stopped this service from afrihost, they only good at quick replies on WhatsApp but there service is ****
