Bad internet connection for a month now

<p>I am paying for a 4mbps internet connection every month and did not have any problems for months now untill the 5th of March since then i am struggling with intermitted, unstable internet speed. Then i am being informed by Afrihost personel that i am to far from the exchange, now all of a sudden when everything was running smoothly and i was able to run an avarage speed of 3.8mbps and nothing has changed, now i am unable to get the 4mbps and was advised to downgrade my line to 2mbps. Do you honestly expect me to beleive or accept this? I would like a refund on my current account for a 2mbps connection untill my speed is restored to 4mbps, according to the consumer protection act i do not have to pay for a service not renderred to me. Ref: JVF- ********** 6 and 785CTK110417. All the relevant parties clear and close this and i am now not even getting a good enough connection to measure my line speed.</p>
