Bad internet connection

Afrihost has the worst internet connection ever constant speed issues, i work from home and every single month vumatel can't restore or uphold internet connections this is causing major issues for me as i only took out wifi for working from home.

3 weeks now i am still struggling to stay connected to my work server to this very moment
