Bad Infrastructure for hosting

I have a physical server with these guys. This is the third time in 30 days that I am experiencing network related issues. Tonight I got a 80% packet loss spike and everything dissapeared. Cant even log a ticket because guess what, they're own support system is in the same Datacentre.

Previous experience was 8% packet loss, and by the time Gerrie rep****, it was the next morning already when the problem cleared itself. One of the services I run from this machin is a VoIP service and even 1% packet loss causes **** quality.

I send an exact MTR route to show these guys they had an issue and there excuses is I must let them know when its happening, at which I did.

They have people on standby (I know because I used to work for them) but their night shift staff usually watches Youtube and copies and pastes ticket replies and shifts ticket aside hoping India outsources will answer.

The experience before that there was also packet loss. Also the next day Server Admin manager just tells mie its fixed, not what the problem was nothing.

Abo****ely poor performance.

I recommend NOT using their Hosting services at IS. So many "DDOS" attacks. Cant even manage simple synflood drops on the firewall

It is now more than an hour after the network went down, and still cant log a ticket. They expect me to pay R1600 per month for this kind of *******.

Can anyone else please advise a better place to host at the same price, cause I am sick and tired of their @#$%
