BAD INEFFICIENT SERVICE

I am experiencing great difficulties with this company regarding cancellation of a debit order and accessing their Clientzone link as I have now sent about 30 emails, spoke to persons, made contact via WhatsApp and am still unable to get into my account to reset password. They have still not changed my phone number as requested
