Bad everything (sales/support/info/transparency/communication....)

Where do I start... They sold a product that is back logged "upstream" , answer my emails with days delayed and when I do get a reply its either not very clear/rushed or ambiguous. So well done afrihost I left you 2 years ago, when you weren't even this bad. What the hell have you been doing to yourself?!?
