Bad Employee

Hi, I have a problem with you employee by the name of mr Sechaba Moeng, he was helping me with a domain and hosting. He never send me the password and all sort of everything after we finished my registration. He asked me weather I have someone who's going to develop my side? I said yes, he said to me he's a Web developer he can develop my side. I paid him in cash to my surprise he said my side will appear on google after a month but even today my side is not on google. When I send him email he doesn't respond. Please talk to him tell him to fix this mess or he must refund me or else I will take the matter to my lawyers.
