Bad customer support. Afrihost the home of pure internet sadness.

I recently had a very bad experience with Afrihost. Last month I app**** for an fibre package. After realising that they gave me the wrong package, I tried contacting them. That is when I realised that they have a staff shortage in their support department and/or they are just very ***********. The first thing I encountered, was struggle to get a hold of someone. The second is that they don't care if they give you misleading information (the **** to me multiple times, I even have the transcripts to prove this). After all this, I decided to cancel my fibre package (I rather pay the cancellation fee, than try and talk with them again). Their email support is like talking to a brick wall; they don’t even go through the effort of reading your complaint before responding. I would NOT recommend Afrihost, especially if you want an ISP with good customer support.
