Bad customer service on refunds

Afrihost’s customer service is bad!I requested a refund on a duplicate payment and was told it will take 7-14 days to reflect on my account, it has been 2 months and counting of endless emails & calls to them, the communication of their consultants is inconsistent.

I am sure they are hoping I will let it go and allow them to **** me money when I have sent everything to them to prove money hasn’t been received on my side.
