Bad customer service from Afrihost

Worst customer service, our fiber line has been down for 7 days and nobody is able to assist me. This is the reference number I was given ISP-889980 and they don't even have a system where I can track the status of this ticket. I've contacted them via WhatsApp everyday and nothing is resolved but what I know is month end they will not fail to bill me.
