Bad customer service

Worst experience these past 2 months. I've been having technical issues with my WiFi, all they do is log calls and never follow up. I've been following up and No1 can tell me what the issue is or how it can be fixed. I've requested for a technician to come and check what the problem may be, they send me from pillar to post, always new reference numbers.
