Bad customer service by Afrihost

The combination of Afrihost and Vumatel is the worst.

I'm a customer of Afrihost, I pay my subscription to Afrihost but when there is a fault, they expect me to talk to Vuma for a resolution and that thier job.

It's 3 days now and my fibre connection is limited, some applications can't connect to the internet but when I Hotspot my laptop/TV using Vodacom, the apps connects, this is clearly a problem with fiber line and no one is saying anything.

The worst part is that you can only communicate via WhatsApp.
