Bad customer service and aftercare

Ridiculous customer service, been disconnected for the past 4 days. Even after providing payments they are still unable to restore connection, you get to be asked different technical questions on their WhatsApp with no resolution and way forward, you get to be told about their own internal SLAs with service providers (something which customers are not interested in). Speedy and efficient customer service does not come with terms and conditions, it is either you provide one or you cannot!!! Simple as that!!!
