Bad Customer Service Afrihost

Good day, Ladies and Gentlemen.

I am writing this review on two points. The first point i want to make is about Afrihost’s bad customer service. I experienced a lot of attitude coming from their whatsapp customer support agent. The second point I want to make is that they do absolutely nothing if your internet is not working ours went off 3 times in 2 days. When I tried to contact them to tell them our internet is off they responded and said that there is a ticket open for the matter. Afterwards I told the agent that the internet came back on and that the previous ticket was old since i told them it came back on afterwards. In a matter of 4 hours the Internet went off again. I do not appreciate it that they literally argue with you about your Internet connectivity which was clearly off. I would suggest that they do start training their agents to be professionals because they are not professional at all. I would also refrain from using them if it is a choice between them and someone else. Their service just keeps on going downwards.
