Bad customer service

I'm at my wits end with Afrihost accounts and customer service dep.<br> Out company account was suspended, we mad a payment on the client service website, and they claim they didn't receive the payment. call the call centre 4 times yesterday and was informed that this problem happened to various clients, waited for manager to call, guess what, no call, call today asked to speak to a accounts manager and was put through to the most obnoxious supervisor, that informed me she is the heist person I can chat to... by the attitude and lack of service commitment from Afrihost I guess the company is run by supervisors, and by the way, still cant get hold of any management.....<br> Guess what Afrihost, your loosing my company business, and I will be posting this on linked in to over 2000 contacts, and twitter.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Anthony jones<br> <br> Managing director <br> High Tech Impressions Pty Ltd<br>
