Bad customer service

Sarcastic customer service agent. Issue not resolved. They are advertising to upgrade to a faster speed at the same price. Did so and the bill increased. False advertising. Instead of help I was told I didtn do the upgrade correctly and cant do it anymore. Absolute ****.
