Bad customer service

They can't move my domain to my account (client zone) because the company that was hosting my domain with Afrihost (A ********** 1) has closed down without settling their account now we have to suffer, my company can't function without the domain i need that domain to be moved to my client zone besides it will still be with Afrihost.
