Bad Credit Record due to Afrihost Conduct

Afrihost internet service provider that I have a month-to-month contract with indicated that they will not be debiting my account if I did not use their data and for couple of months in 2020 I did not use the data but they billed me for those months

I paid what I was owing for the months where I never used the data but when I asked for the data for the months that I have paid for I never got the data.

But most impotantanly I requested Afrihost to debit my account in the middle of the month to which they agreed however they kept on debiting my account at the beginning of the month and the debit order did not go through as there is usually no money in by bank account at the beginning of the month. The dishonoured debit orders have created me a bad credit record at my bank and now the bank has declined my home loan application due to the debit order that bounced (and were collected at a date that I did not approve.)
