Bad connection and service delivery

I always liked afrihost but my experience with them this time is pathetic to say the least. My order for the LTE sim was put in the 3rd of January I got the sim the 14th It did not work in the router I have I than got a other router and the sim took 2 days to unblock after I got the router. We are trying to download the day data is slow to download but 100% beter than the speed of the night data. I then put 2 different support tickets in and every time after I received a email the support ticket was deleted not resolved just deleted and my connection is pathetic today. Telkoms service was bad but at least I was able to download during the night.

Please assist because the service delivery is bad to say the least.
