Bad client service, Afrihost cant deliver

We signed up for Fibre. It was installed on 26 September until now nothing was activated. We phoned, emailed you name it nothing is happening.

They blame Vumatel because they must complete the splicing. Phoned Vumatel yesterday and they do not even know about the problem.

The service from Afrihost and Vumatel is shocking!!
